Tooth Extraction & Wisdom Teeth
Pain-Free Tooth Extraction — Your Comfort Comes First
We do not proceed with tooth extraction if you are feeling pain. Before starting, we check that the area is adequately numbed with local anaesthetic. If you feel pain during the procedure, we stop and reassess pain control before continuing.
Carefully planned treatment, clear advice and personal aftercare.

When might a tooth need to be removed?
Tooth extraction may be recommended when a tooth cannot be predictably restored, or when removal is needed as part of a wider dental treatment plan. Wisdom teeth may need treatment if they cause repeated infection, decay or problems affecting neighbouring teeth. A healthy wisdom tooth does not automatically need to be removed.
How is treatment planned?
At DentEuropa, your dentist examines the tooth and reviews appropriate X-rays before explaining the options. An erupted tooth may be removed with a straightforward extraction; a tooth beneath the gum may need a surgical approach. Local anaesthetic is used to numb the area. We explain what to expect, discuss relevant risks and provide written aftercare instructions. Complex cases may require specialist referral.
Retained Root Removal

Sometimes a tooth breaks down and leaves a root beneath the gum. Following an examination and appropriate imaging, your dentist can advise whether removal is needed and plan the most suitable approach.
Molar Tooth Extraction

A molar may need to be removed when it cannot be restored. Treatment is planned around the tooth’s position and root shape, with local anaesthetic used to numb the area and clear aftercare advice provided.
